I grow in 1/3 peat 1/3 soil conditioner and 1/3 perlite. Full sun and fertilizer

Excuse my ignorance, but by soil conditioner, do you mean compost, humus or what?

Soil conditioner I buy from home cheapo is a chopped up pine bark mix. I use it in all my mixes.
