Ae. triangularis grown hard hard hard

This plant grows fully exposed and takes whatever our "mild" winter can give, sun, wind, hail, rain and a lot of cold (but the lowest temperature I measured this winter was only -0,5Â°C)

I wonder whether these wrinkled tips are damaged or it is normal.

Superb colour ,,, WOW must be the cold that gives that , as I grow mine hard and it has never looked like that . Maybe a different form ? My leaf tips fold right over and form little triangles .

Fantastic specimens, Tomas! It sure is a tough, spiny thing - one of my faves. I love those red, wrinkled tips happening there - just beautifully grown.
