| Love the dollar table at the Tropiflora sale, but hate the missing tags. Anyone recognize any of these?

The big one in the back, not the painted fingernails. The spikes are taller than me and I'm 5'3". Big, nasty, lethal thorns. |

| Lori - I think the pic of the Neo pup is just one of many variegated commercial Neo hybrids that possibly haven't even been registered, hence no name. The pic of the "tall one" could possibly be one of the Porteas, but which one I'm not sure. All the best, Nev. |

| Thanks Nev, I think you're right on the portea. I just looked it up and all appears correct on that one. That stalk is now a good 6' tall! It's huge! I would have loved to ask someone at the Tropiflora sale but it was a mad house, and I get there when it first opens so it's at it's maddest. I think the employees hide until after the garden maniacs leave and normal society comes by. Last year I emailed them photo's of some other items I got off the dollar table and they did answer, but I felt massive guilt at taking up their time for something I only paid a buck for, lol. |
