I think the "deafening silence" to your post is due to the fact that it would near impossible to identify your plant sorry, as it is certainly a hybrid and could have anything in it ??....(unless someone has one that is 100% identical to yours in the Phillipines or your area and can shed some light maybe ??)

You say it was pinkish, then went green ? This is probably due to a change in habitat (ie; light, humidity, position), and I am guessing you haven't fed it anything ? It looks like it hasn't flowered yet, so if you give it some strong consistant light (even morning sun without letting it burn), you should see colour come back before and when when it flowers.

If you are looking for a similar type compact "classic" Neo to get that is very nice, have a look at Neo. 'Passion', which is lime green all over then goes a lovely shocking pink all over the top when in flower (see FCBS photos).
