One of my favorites from a hybrid cross of Neoregelia 'Ed Prince' x 'Blushing Tiger'.

Hi everyone
You can certainly see the 'Hannibal Lector' influence coming through from the 'Ed Prince' parent.

What about 'Hannibal's Prince'?

All the best, Nev.

It would have to be Ed's Prince. Since one of the parents is named to honor a long time bromeliad collector from Florida who is no longer with us.

hdd and Nev, I'll have to get you both to name all my new stuff! You're both full of good suggestions! Keep 'em coming.
I’m not sure I want to continue with the "Hannibal" theme that is firmly associated with Chester Skotak. 'Ed's Prince' is intriguing, but perhaps too similar to the existing 'Ed Prince'- that might not get by the scrutiny of the Cultivar registrar! I like 'Prince of a Tiger', though I'd like to find a shorter, more concise name.

would 'blushing prince' be too timid?

Prince Edward?
Lovely banding and colour.
