I like it - Nick's and your photo both look more inviting than FCBS.

The flower on it looks similar to the flower on one of the unnamed plants that Brod put up, looking at FCBS Bill photos I see that the mother plant in Hybrids passes on the flower in about 90% of cases - anyone agree or disagree?

Lyndi, I ordered one of Lisa's Bill. 'Encore' and a Bill. 'Stardust'. Just to clarify this post, the reason I bought the B. distachia was the fact that in the 70's it seemed to be everywhere, along with Peter Frampton's
"Live" album and 'Smiley' buttons. In California it disappeared from the nurseries and is still seldom seen even though it is common. It's funny that I can remember my first bromeliad.
