Dainty neos and nids in the tree

I've seen plenty of Aechmeas and some Billbergias hanging from the tree limb, but who has put neos and nids up in their trees? I'm especially interested in "dainty" specimens that you wouldn't think would grow well epiphytically. I was quite surprised to see Nid. fulgens in habit. I never would have put fulgens on a tree, but one is going up this weekend.
I recently stuck a Neo 'Inca' pup on a plumaria. It doesn't seem to have that epiphytic form, but who knows? If the snails come and eat it I won't mind; it's not a pretty plant (from above: the side view aint' bad) and worst of all, I think it's a selfer. But, I have lots of other "dainty" neos and nids I would like stuck on my trees.
