Do you grow your weilbachii in pretty heavy shade like it appears to be in the pic. or is that just a case of the camera telling lies?

I seem to get a lot of dead leaf tips on my plants and was wondering if heavier shade might prevent this or would it just make them shy to flower?

Hi All, back again sorry for the time delay have been busy,

Paul, yep that is why I grow such a variety of plants, to get a show all year round & these winter ones produce a great show at this time of year when much is having a rest.

marleneann good luck they are usually easy to grow in cool climates and am sure not a problem in warmer areas also, I feed them all year round and so they grow fast.

Nev, these plants have been grown in 80% shade though appearance is more a result of the mix, as a good mix they look good in 1/2 day sun also. The upright form on the ground has been grown in 1/2 day sun and no problems with foliage at all....
