Mine are in sun until 1 pm or so then dappled shade and no fertlizer just very well amended soils

Yopu need high light conditions as with other fussy neo's. I would not worry about the one you have pictured as it looks like it is about to flower. When the pups are big enough keep them in pots and have in different areas around your place to see where is the best place. Have one in morning sun, another in dappled light under a tree and another under shadecloth if you have some. Below is mine only recently potted up yet to show true colour.
