Could this be a Guzmania multiflora with simply a different leaf color or is the leaf color diognostic of something else?

RE: Leaf Color

Leaf color is a hard one to nail down especially in the high altitude bromeliads.
The intensity of the sun at higher elevations causes the red pigment anthocyanin to come in to play. If you grew the same plant in the shade it would probably be green even at the higher elevation.
As to the exact I D of the plant, you need someone like Harry Luther to give it the once over. It is a beautiful plant what ever it is.
