Well, one of them is obviously coming into bloom, but also there are different clones of both eleutheropetala and of the hybrids made from them. When these first came out I remember there was a red and a pink clone, but there may be more than that now. Yours don't look quite like either of the ones I'm familiar with, and the one in the bottom of the first pic looks like it has bigger spines than the others.

I see you got them from Michael. Why not ask him if he sent you more than one clone? He has multiple clones of a lot of things, and unless you specify, he may just send whichever one looks ready.
