    Hi kono77

Welcome to our forum. I think you may well be the first member (apart from lurkers) to join from Poland and I hope you have a great association with us.

How about some info about growing conditions in Poland and perhaps some pictures as well. I'm sure it would be interesting and well recieved by other members.

    Have an enjoyable time.

    All the best, Nev.

    Kono77,

If you put an e-mail address up or on your profile, it would help Thai growers to contact you - there are a couple of great Thai growers that post here from time to time.

    Hello

I am an amateau in bromeliads with particular interest on neoregilia. I have several thousands of them with over 200 varieties.
I have taken over hundred photos with names of the plants.
You can contact me through my mail. www.phuruagarden@yahoo.com
definitely cheaper than buying from America.

Well Chomphu where did you get your plants to start with? America? Post some of the photos here so everyone can see them.

There are many collectors in Thailand, mostly purchased from
    Michaelsbromeliads, Florida.
Welcome everyones to view pictures of bromeliads with name[if I know] at http://freewebs.com/phuruagarden select gallery. There are 12 albums altogether, please correct names If I were wrong. I am not a merchant but plants keep producing pups so I need to get rid some of it.

    Hi Chomphu,

you have beautifully grown and colored neoregelias! I can see that you have your pictures on webshots too, to post pictures you can simply copy the html code there and paste it here. It seems that freeweb that is hosting your website will not allow this.

    Chomphu,

go to your photobucket album, point the arrow of your mouse on the picture you want to post, a menu will appear, choose the "html code", select the "a href="......." rightclicking and copy it. Than paste it directly to your message text. And here it is

    Yep it appeared.

Interesting that last plant you have named as 'Fermay's Grove.'

It is just like mine; which is called 'Ferny Grove.' It is part of a grex/series called Aussie Dream by Bob Larnach, Olive Trevor & maybe others. Ferny Grove is the suburb of Brisbane QLD where Olive has her Bromeliad Nursery, the 'Olive Branch.'

Did you get it from Australia? If so I would say it is actually Ferny Grove.

    Hi Bromaholic
I purchased the plant from Michaelsbromeliads, Florida and its name appears on the list price as

    'Fay's Big Purple' 9.00
    'Felicity' (Grace Goode) 10.00
'Fernay Grove' (variegated cultivar of 'Aussie Dream') 15.00
    'Fire on Deck' 10.00
    'Fireball' 4.00
    'Fireball' (F-2) (red spotted)

Can you and Rick and friends in Australia recommend me a nursery specialised in vrisea-foliage type ?
I am currently buying plants from Bromagic and Wholesale Bromeliads of Australia .

Hi...well I think it is Ferny Grove then. As I say it is a cv from the Aussie Dream grex.

As for nurseries specialising in foliage vriesea, I would recommend Wholesale Bromeliads of Australia. They are lovely people with a great collection and are not far from where I live. I am not too sure about others who export to Thailand or anywhere else. I do know that a few eBay sellers will post overseas occasionally.

    Good luck!
