This morning, while I was in my garden, I saw a few flies flew around
one of my odd sticky brom, Deinacanthon urbanianum which I got from Tropiflora.
At first glance, I thought there was something died by the pot,
but when I looked closer, I reallized that my plant had bloomed.
Its inconspicuous flowers smells like that of Stapelia spp. (Asclepiadaceae).
I've never known before that there is a bromeliad which produces
such foul smelling flowers !
