| Hi brommad, I have a plant which is quite common in these parts and just goes by the formula name of Aechmea bromeliifolia x recurvata. It appears to be of a similar size and growth habit to your plant although the flowers aren't as blue. Maybe your plant could be from a similar crossing? All the best, Nev.

| Hi again brommad, I don't know if it makes any difference, but I had the formula name around the wrong way. It should be Ae. recurvata x bromeliifolia. All the best, Nev. |
