Can anyone help with ID?

Hi everyone,

I visited an old, very good friend yesterday and he had a these brom's without names, and I would be grateful if anyone could help out with their ID's so I could pass the names onto him.

These plants all came from wholesalers in northern NSW who said they didn't know the names. They were all aquired within the last twelve months so I thought maybe some of our Northern NSW growers may be familiar with the plants and know their names.

Try as I might, I couldn't capture the true colour of this one and the best way I could describe it is that it seemed to have an iridescent glow about it.

Wee Willy is my guess for #3,
#5 looks like one of the 'Scarlet Charlotte' photos on FCBS.

No clue on the first two, Nev.

#3 is a Punctate/punctatissima hybrid, but which one? I don't have Wee Willy, but the FCBS pic of that looks a bit darker than your plant.

#4 looks like Pheasant, but again, there are several similar hybrids.

#5 looks more like Grace than Scarlet Charlotte to me, but I wouldn't rule out some of the other Groves hybrids like Magali.

Been on AWOL of late. Went to Tassie recently - just beautiful!

I can't help you with the first two either Nev - they could be any number of red/pink neo hybrids.

I agree that #3 is probably 'Punctate' (yellow), formerly punctatissima.

As for #4, I compared my pics of some mini neo hybrids and the closest of those I have to your mate's is Neo. 'Mini Skirt'. My 'Pheasant' has stripes closer together. See photo. What do you think?

#5 sure looks like a Groves hybrid, and I agree with Lisa that it looks more like 'Grace' - which is easily available around the northern N.S.W. brom traps. 'Magali' has only been imported to Oz in the last couple of years by both Olive and Shane Z., and still demands mega bucks - so less likely.
