I'm going to guess it may be a species of Racinea. Since I'm not really familiar with this genus, I'm only going on the FCBS photos.

If you click on "FCBS Bromeliad Species Database" at the bottom of the results page, you'll get another database which will give more information about locale. Enter Racinea and Colombia and it will tell you which ones have been collected there. Unfortunately they don't all have photos.

It's also possible that this could be another Guzmania species, but I couldn't find a match there.

If all else fails, you can email your photos to the Bromeliad Identification Center at Selby Gardens. They should be able to make an ID from what you've shown.

I agree Lisa, the flower bracts are pyramidalis and have a sharp apex.
