I'm not sure what the grass-like actually is, but the others two on the right
are certainly Dyckia seedlings. I think that grass should not sprouted out from that seed.

Hi bromadams - It looks like a grass seedling to me as well. Is it growing from the seed or from the mix close to the seed? I guess only time will tell.

Another vote for grass, unless you can show the point of attachment to that seed.

I'm new to bromeliads and I too say IT'S GRASS! Maybe that's cause I'm always knee deep in grass and weeds pulling them from my iris and daylily beds.

You must have fed a horse with that up to now. What kind of grass was it. This is a invasive veg and if you imported the seeds you must take care. Destoying the grass seedling before it produces it own seeds.

Always sterilize the substrate before using it. That is a very good advice to everyone.
