Overwintering Question

I put some of my brugs in the garage this winter, I noticed yesterday that some new leaves have appeared. They are very light in color and they are cupped, like the leaves of the brugs that had broadmites this past summer. Did they survive the winter? Should I cut all the leaves off and trim the branches? Should I spray the plant? Any help would be appreciated. It's much to early to be worried about pest!! Thanks Ellen

Hey Ellen..
Sounds like you are doing a Great job and Yes they are surviving... the light and curled leaves sounds like it is due to the environment..Once they are out in the Sun and Fresh air they should be fine.. You can strip the leaves if you want won't hurt a thing!

I agree with Kylie. The new foliage looks like that due to a lack of light and possibly the cooler temps. I just strip the new foliage when they go back out in the spring.
