I finally got buds on my seed grown iochroma. This was from a cross of a wine and a plum that I did several years ago. Most of my seed grown iochromas bloom in a year or two. This one is going on 5 years! Not sure why it decided to bud up now but at least I'll be able to see it before going on vacation.

My Chalice vine is also in bloom. This is one of my favorites but I wish it wasn't a winter bloomer. It gets so big during the growing season and has to be cut way back to get it in but I always try to leave a couple branches so I can get flowers. They are huge and fragrant.
