Welcome Harold to the best site in GW! Thanks for the website on these pots. Interesting concept, however, they would not work for me because I keep my pots above ground. Also, not sure if it would work for those that sink their brug pots because there would be a lot more roots being cut off. Hang around as we all learn from each other.

Hi & welcome. This is a great group and you should find answers to just about any brug question you can think of. You might get several differing answers because we live in different climates and have different ways of doing things but all are here to help.

I've heard of those pots. The company we buy our regular nursery pots from tried to sell them to us a couple years ago. The idea of air root pruning sounds interesting. I was under the impression that they were mainly targeting the nursery trade, not the home gardener but maybe things have changed. I thought the main idea behind them was to prolong the salability of nursery stock. Does anyone know someone that's tried them? I had pretty much forgotten about them until seeing this post.
