Pretty shape. It certainly does look like another skirt partially developed. It will be interesting to see what subsequent flushes look like, especially during the growing season when you'll get a truer color. I've noticed that buds that develop entirely or almost entirely indoors have no scent, unlike the blooms that were close to opening when brought in.

I like how round the edge looks when you look straight at it. pretty. I agree that you will see what it truly smells and looks like when it grows outside :-)
