flowering indoors and other things

Hi all, I hate winter. Sound like a familiar refrain? So sorry to hear about the kind of winter CA is having! Yikes! Hope you are all okay, no mudslides on your properties.

I took Cherub out of dormancy, put her under lights. Tiny bit of growth coming out, slow, but sure. Santa Rosa has a bud.

Great pics! Love the goldfinches & the fox is awesome! Did you pay him with treats - to get him to sit so still?? :) He is so beautiful!

I am with Mike. LOVE that fox and how you captured him. SO PRETTY!!!

Also like the idea how you feed the birds. I should try that to keep the squirrels from taking it all.

Of course the blooms are such a welcome during the wintertime, right :-)

Mr. Fox is our family "dog". He comes for breakfast every morning, staring at our kitchen window, and sits around at various points in the day waiting to see if any treats are available. I have loads of pix of him, but this one was especially fetching, wasn't it? He got a couple cookies for his trouble yesterday. It was the least I could do!

The flowers are pretty. I love the pics of the finches and fox. That is so funny that the fox waits around for treats.

WOW Diane!! Those are Beautiful shots!!! Looks like the wildlife have it made in he shade at your house!!! Beautiful blooms also.. Come on spring!!!! LOL

Diane, you have lovely plants.. even during winter you have bloooms. And i love wildlife so it was really wonderful to see the birds and the fox!!! Thats so cool.
