Very nice. Did it begin blooming outside and you brought it in or did it open inside? My brugs blooms that develop inside have little or no scent. The ones that start while they are outside are too strong for me to keep in the house.

Thanks, all. The scent was powerful early in the evening, but not so much this morning. I was prepared to move it to the laundry room if that was a problem.

I think the bud developed outside. After a few cold days in early December, we had a couple weeks of warmer weather. When the deep freeze set in, I brought them in the house and found the bud a few days later. It's been inside for nearly a month now. I was too busy this fall to cut them back and store them, so for this year I'm keeping them going. I have a very sunny corner in the kitchen so it works.

This is my first year with brugs and I wanted to plant them out in the garden, I'm glad I didn't because we have been extremely cold and they wouldn't have gotten established well enough to get through this winter. This spring I'll watch the huge ones down the street to see how they did.
