WOW, thanks Elizabeth and the rest! I've not had time to hang out as much, but am happy I did today. Today is my GD's birthday; she is 17! We will be celebrating our b.d. together, tomorrow at Benihana's as we did last year!

wish Happy Birthday to GD, for me, I have a GD that will turn 17, one week after my BD, you gotta love them, my GS
turned 18, the 10th of this month, I have to drive to GA
for his Graduation, in may, he wants grandma there, I keep telling the GK's they are making us older, but I love it

Thanks everyone. I am getting ready to go to lunch with a couple of friends, and later out to dinner. When will I be able to lose those pounds I gained over the holidays, LOL!

Kylie, I will do my best to make a weekend out of it (celebrating) and will try to extend it even a week :-)

Elizabeth, GKs sure are a blessing! My GD called to wish me a happy birthday, and it brought a smile to my face!

Caren, Happy Birthday to your dad! It was also one of my very best friend's birthday; we will get together soon to celebrate. Not 73, but getting closer, 65!

I had a fantastic lunch with a couple of friends, and later a great time at Benihana's for dinner. Afterwards we all went to my dd's for cake and presents. All the presents were wonderful, but the very best was a bareroot Lady Apple tree that I had been wanting, yay!!!! Amazing how simple things make me happy :-) Here's a few pictures:
