You can do pretty much the same thing with Google Earth. I think it's cool.

Yep, they did my neighborhood in the winter on trash day. Yikes!

I like the Bing maps thing it has a bird's eye view that is really great. It will give you 4 diferent angles from above. the birds eye is a closer and much clearer than the highest mag on google.

I've been using google earth/sky for a long time. I've been to the pyramids of Giza, the Mount of Olives and Jerusalem of coarse - next hill over...lol I've been to Peru's Inca's and their dessert with the Nazca lines. The depths of Central America for the Maya and Aztec pyramids, not so easy to see but some interesting stuff in along the waters in the jungle. There's some ancient ruins in other places too numerous to mention, or there names can't be remembered. I've been to the Arctic and Antarctic circle and just about everywhere in between.

And then to the stars!!!

I definately like that program but they're beginning to cover up areas and that's a bummer. Plus it's hard to update without loosing your plugins, that is if you bother to use any. I would't mind a closer view to.
