The lilac- do you get frost where you live? I was told that lilac won't grow in California because it is too warm. I can see that they were wrong, but I'm not quite sure where zone 9 is.

We get frost every year, sometimes freeze. We are in the sacramento valley, just a few miles north of sac. We have 2 & they have done fine here for 20+ years.

Love the pictures! I have lady banks white but never see a yellow before, very cool. Your noid rose look like Joseph Coat. Does your Bridal Wreath Spirea Renaissance have tiny metalic berry after it bloom? it is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

hong2007, I am not sure if the bridal wreath has small metalic balls, I will look when its done blooming. Ive never really looked after it blooms & they are so small too.

I love our tea trees. Our best one died 3 years ago, I replaced it 3 times but they all died, they were always half dead when the nursery got them (special order). Here is the awesome one that died. Forgot the name.
