I am back. How's everyone been doing?

I am back from my trip to Boston. Carmen finished her radiations and now she has to decide which one of the 2 meds recomanded to take for 5 years will be best for her. She is doing pretty good , the skin is irritated and it hurts but this will go away in a few weeks, hopefully.

I started tomatoes and a few flowers for my sisters. All the seeds grew so fast that by the time I left some of them had true leaves. Hope they will take care of them.

After 18 days with no water my plants are doing Ok. I had a few casualties mostly seedlings but most of them are OK. For the past 2 days the temperature here were between 75-77*. The spring is definitely here , my flowering pear trees are all in bloom, the magnolia has flowers and my tulips has buds. I moved almost all my cuttings and older seedlings out. there is a lot of work to be done, I have to prepare the beds for my tomatoes and other veggy. I will start new seeds to replaced those I lost.

Pat, good to see you back, and to know your sister is doing better. It's definitely been hot around here, and things have been sprouting all over the place. I also noticed that the gophers are very active :-( Some of my brug and MGs seeds from Brenda and Kylie are sprouting. There is a lot of work to do since those rains we had were like candy to the weeds.

Hi I haven't visited the forum since last winter. Now spring has come and so do I:)
I left 2 brug plants outside and I'm afraid they might not be able to come back. No sign. fortunatly I've taking cuttings and I was even able to share some with my friends. Also maybe half of the cuttings that Branda sent me last fall are doing OK. I'm waiting for the weather to warm up so I can put them outside
