I usually get seeds from my own plants and fellow growers but I have bought from Country Garden Nursery and arghyagardens (on Ebay). You might be able to find some on iBrugs. I have some seeds from an open pollinated Emerald Frost that I can send you for postage. I included a link to CG but I'm not sure if they have any seeds left.

Open pollinated basically means the insects pollinated it and it could be crossed with anything so, yes, any color of flower. I agree, more places should sell seeds. Sometimes you can find some on ebay but you have to be careful about who you buy from.

With paid membership to some of the brugmansia societies you can get access to thier seed/pollen banks and obtain free seeds and pollen(for cost of postage) several times per year.

Even when both "parents" are known and the plant is hand pollinated you can't be sure of bloom color or form.

That's true Karyn, But even the duds are beautiful. I wouldn't care if I only got a beautiful single white. I think a lot of the fun is in anticipating what they will be. Who knows, maybe I'll get a tri colored triple flower with long tendrils and varigated foliage, Right? Just dreaming.

Outside of my hybridizing work, my main thrust is seed production. Each year, I make thousands of them available through a variety of sources. I started the program almost five years ago. I use them to help finance my hybridizing work, but I also donate them to the various Brug societies. Also, each year I select a member of the Brug community and send them a few hundred seeds as a surprise. I like doing that. I'm as mischievous as all heck and its how I get my jollies at the end of the season! LOL!
