I can't really tell the size of the brug or the pot but it looks fine for now. I'd leave it in that container until you see roots coming from the drainage holes. The mix you got sounds fine. You can just set the peat pots into the 4" pots but I'd probably use a 6" instead. They'll be able to stay in that size a bit longer and it's not too big. I'd break apart the peat pots a bit before setting them into the nursery pots. Sometimes they don't break apart that fast under the soil and the roots will start to circle. I'm in 7a and our temps have been about 20 degrees above average but I normally don't keep my plants outside until nighttime temps are consistantly above 50. You can set them out and if the temps drop too low just move them inside. You also want to slowly aclimate them to natural sunlight so start them off in a shady area and move them to am sun over a week or so. Good luck.
