Most of my Brugs have bloomed white and then colored up to their true colors within a day or so. I'll bet they will color up nicely for you.

Thanks for your reply, Bill! You are right! I went back about an hour later, and voila! Color changed! Too bad they bloom the fullest at night. I can't get a decent photo!

Some brugs go thru several color changes before reaching the final color. It's interesting to see a plant with 3 different color blooms at the same time.

Brugs do best in large containers. My mature plants are in 22" diameter pots or larger. If you are going to sink the pot in the ground it can be as small as a 7".

Mine open fine during daylight hours but they only have scent at night because the main pollinators are only out at night.
