I'd check the roots and make sure they aren't rotted or damaged in some way. Many of my brugs wilt from the heat and/or lack of water but they perk back up after a drink and when the sun begins to set. Sangs are especially sensitive to heat.

Sangs melt in the heat here so I can't help you any other than what Karyn said.
