Here is charles girmaldi on 6-25 & then 6-26. I knew it would do this, it did it last year. It gets sun till around 3pm. To hard to make shade here so it is what it is till my other plants make shade in 2 or 3 more years.

That is good bloomer for me in the heat as well. It blooms over and over once it starts.

Oh how gorgeous and oh how sad! I hate when the heat makes your blooms last about 2 days. Your tree is just wonderful tho.

Grow Castor Beans in front of it to shade it each year until your smaller other plants have grown taller and are ready to do their job. You will be amazed the shade they give.

Tim, I have a similar yellow brug, and the sun also does a number on it, but not as bad as yours.
