No Brug blooms, my new OT tropical garden

Hi all,

I'm starting to enjoy life again after losing my best dog last week and felt like shooting some pictures since this garden is starting to really take off. Last time Jeff was home, he put in some landscape lighting, it's so pretty at night!

First, I'll show you the garden in the forefront and my compost pile behind. The plan is that the tall tropicals will hide the compost.

From the other end.

The whole thing is around 20-25 feet long and probably 10 across at the widest point. There are bananas, cannas, tropical hibiscus and taro with the liriope edging started around it. I'm gonna need more liriope!

Rhubarb Taro overshadowing the Metallica.

My favorite, Blue Taro

Alligator Taro (cannot find any info on this...got it in a swap.

A new orange hibiscus, love the color on this one.

More cats devouring my passionvine ;-)

A cool moth

Another moth hiding (from me) in the grapevines, he was on a tree and I didn't see the orange until he flew away.

Well, I've rattled on long enough. Good night all!

Pam
