If you email me your address, I will send you a couple of started plants and some green cuttings for postage. I have an extra Emerald Frost and a just started Miss Emily MacKensie that I can send. It is probably too late to get blossoms from them this year, though.
In the fall, I will have cuttings for postage, as Kylie said.

Hi there and welcome to the ranks of brug lovers in San Antonio.

Rainbow Gardens has them in the spring, but otherwise it's hit or miss but you could check there. The SA Botanical Gardens is having a plant sale tomorrow and that might also be a possibility. Shulz on Broadway might have them too.

Since it has been so hot, you will want to make sure you can get any mailed cuttings into water or rooting mix asap so they have the best chance. You might not get blooms this year from cuttings, but if you winter them over inside or in the garage you'll see blooms in the spring. My in ground ones have not bloomed yet since last winter was so cold. I can get fall rooted cuttings to bloom in the winter by putting them outside on warm days.

We have a plant swap in San Antonio in the spring and fall and brugs are just one of many local favorites offered. Everyone is invited and I've attached a link for your info. There's not much offered right now since it's been a tough summer, but things should pick up as we get closer. I usually have some rooted cuttings at the swap and that's where I get most of mine too.
