I'm so glad that you like them. It's funny how variegated foliage makes what is considered a weed a beautiful plant. Mine have berries that are just beginning to ripen. In the 4 years that I've been growing that variegated pokeweed I've never had volunteers sprout up. I wish the weedy variety volunteers didn't pop up all over the place. If I don't get them when they're little it's next to impossible to pull up the whole root. Another "weed" that's beautiful when variegated is Kiss Me Over the Garden Gate. Mine's just beginning to flower. Glad to hear that you brugs are holding buds. Some of my more interesting brugs are beginning to hold buds too. I can't wait because all I've had are some boring singles in bloom.
