I am curious if thrips could cause very tiny buds to drop. I know I haven't sprayed mine in awhile because the foliage looks so good, so I assumed that not many bugs were bothering mine. About two days ago I noticed some raunchy leaves growing at the tips of my brug. After checking online it is identical to thrip damage.

I have some spray that supposedly takes care of thrips or at least helps a little (Yeah right) Anyway, it doesn't seem they're out of control. It's been super hot here too, so I was wondering since I do have buds that just dont seem to be growing and some dropping, could the thrips also be the culprit as well?
