You are probably thinking of Mike & Mary Usina. They sell lots of cuttings on eBay and have introduced plenty of new cultivars themselves. I believe the two names they sell under are Cassolacreek (sp?) and TopCat.

Spekaing of Florida Brugmansia Growers I am a Canadian but travelled to north Florida and went to a growers operation the name of which I do not remember
The lady, who was the actual grower had help from her husband but they had a lot to deal with in the care of a grown son, who had been injured in a motor vehicle or motorcycle accident
They gave me and I purchased some neat plants, is a few years ago now, maybe five years.
