My garden smells wonderful

Working outside late a few nights ago a wonderful fragrance drifted in the air. Between the phlox and my first brug blossom of the year it was like an expensive wonderful perfume. A second brug opened new blooms last night. It is more subtle but even more wonderful to me.

Sorry, the blooms have only been fully open in the night.

Don't you just love it. Everybody needs to experience Brugs. I'll bet they are beautiful at night. Nice size.

DH experimented with some night photos. Without checking the tags I'm not sure which is which but they are Frosty Pink and Pink Beauty.

Very nice! I have a noid golden yellow in the run of my chicken coop and it smells wonderful in there!

Really Nice. I hope it is Pink Beauty because I just bought a cutting this spring. Mine is only about 18 in tall so far so probably no flowers this year.

If you only have Frosty Pink and Pink Beauty flowering in the night shots then the first one is Pink Beauty and the second and third is Frosty Pink. Look at the throats of the blooms, Pink Beauty has a long tubular throat, Frosty Pink has a shorter, wider ( funnel shaped) throat and overall, a wider bloom too.

Nice little flushes and I agree, their fragrance is intoxicating at night.

Thanks for all the comments and to Ruth Ann for identification. The trumpets are darkening as they age and opening a little earlier in the evening. I go out several times during the night just to enjoy their fragrance.

'Frosty Pink' has two main trunks with fewer but larger blossoms on the second trunk.

Young plants from cuttings last winter are finally showing some growth. They have stayed very short most of the summer and doubt any of them will bloom this year.
