| I said I had buds, now I have a flower coming through, and tomorrow morning I'm leaving on vacation for 6 days. I can't stand it. Possibly there will still be a flower when I return.. Maybe not. On the same note, the corn in my garden will be just right 2 days after I leave. Augghh! |

| There were still blooms when I got home, and good news, the corn held off. This is an old Santa Rosa, it was opening a week ago.  These are Cherub. Both plants are y'ing like crazy and budding for more late summer blooms.  |
