Datura Discolor and some others

This was the first year I grew this datura and really like it. I'm not a big fan of white blooms but the dark blue contrasting throat is very pretty.

Sam but the skirts aren't dropping at all. This is supposed to be a somewhat stuffed variety but not this stuffed.

AGD blooms are also remaining stuffed

Swingtime is separating but isn't fully open yet.

This is my Hawaiian Dbl White x L'Amour but it's stuffed as well. Very few of my doubles are dropping the inner skirts

V. Peach is just starting to color up. Color is another issue this season.

Superspot is unusually light as well.

Most of the others that are just now starting to hold their buds.

These ceropegias are in bloom.

Always amazing pic's Karyn!! I swear I feel like I live in the Danm Desert.. Even some of the Cactus didn't bloom this yr... It is NOW Official.. The Hottest Driest Summer on Record for Texas.. Another Day in Paradise..LOL 106*

You all have just cooked this summer. Are the fires out or at least been contained? It was hot here this summer but we've cooled significantly over the past week. It's actually gorgeous out now, sunny and mid 80's. We're supposed to have highs in the 60's next week. That's cold for this time of year but it will feel great! As long as I have another month before the first frost I'll be happy. Maybe some of my brugs will even bloom!

So that is Sam, huh? I may not see any blossoms on mine this year. It is only 21" tall right now. It is lush but won't grow.

The Fires are still burning.. Seems like more each day.. Fortunately none real close...I'm tellin ya if we would just get down to the 70's at night I would tote my @ss in the attic and remove the insulation on the Attic Fan and crank that baby up!! Livin for it!!! :0) AWWW how sweet that would be!!!!
