Maya hardiness in zone 7b?

Does anyone know if Maya comes back true after a zone 7b NC winter? I have a few Maya angels, (variegates) planted outside in a protected area, in between the woods and my home. I'm tired of having to haul them inside for the winter. I left a "Snowbank" outside one year, and it reverted to a solid green. So I won't chance it with those beauties. Any info on these, concerning their hardiness? I leave many other angels in ground without any problems. I'd appreciate anyone's input! Thanks!

Kasha, I think Maya has really stable genes and would come back true to itself if your other brugs last outdoors over winter. Fot safely sake, take a couple of cuttings.

Ruth Ann- Good to hear from you! How are you doing since your surgery? I am sooooo much better! (Hope you are too!) Doc says I'll be indestructible in 1 year! Thank you so much for your input about Maya. I will take a few cuttings but leave the monster roots in ground. Thanks! :)
