The reason for the running...well

Butterfly was flying from flower to flower ALL OVER the garden and he was so BIG and beautiful. I had to have a picture of him.

God bless everyone

Good morning all. I can just see you Lucy, running all over the place, LOL! See what you do to brighten our day -- thank you. I tried earlier to get on here and couldn't. They were probably working on the site. Oh well, here I am. A wonderful weekend to all!

I just had to come back and share this little story.
Since it did not happen to me, but my daughter just now, I was laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes.

She called me and ask me to remind her WHY she had 2 boys and loved it.

They watched Tarzan this morning and decided to play Tarzan on her chandelier!

the rest is up to your imagination but I am sure you guessed it.

THAT ROPE did not hold roflmao

Hope her day improves a LOT !!

I slept long...thank goodness. Otherwise I would have had ripped a lot of hair out trying to get on here. I thought I had to clean my cache etc again and did so and VOILA it came on.
Now you tell me it was not my cache and just a coincidence rofl

Glad it is up and running though

I look forward to your "Good Morning" greetings, Lucy. I

The chandelier! OMG!! I'd say that's one for Funniest Home Videos! My own daughter is looking forward to the birth of her first - a son - I will have to give her a heads up on what these little critters get up to LOL!
Great butterfly shot Lucy. Ours are gone, too cold, but yesterday we had almost 80 degrees (in November!) so I dragged Heloise outside to give her a shot of Neem oil. Saw some webs on the growing tips.
Today I'm going to pick up my sister and go to the Boulder County Fairgrounds for the Boulder Handweavers Show. All manner of handcrafts displayed and for sale including: beadwork, knitting, little holiday ornaments, hand crafted paper, etc. Fascinating!!

Good morning all. Lucy, wonderful photo as usual. You really do go through a lot to bring us these wonderful photos.

Here's a grandson story from my cousin. She couldn't find her jeans anywhere. Then she remembered doing laundry for her four grandsons when they visited. She called and not only did they have the jeans, but the 14 year old had worn them and couldn't figure out why they fit funny. Can you imagine living that down with three brothers! Grandma's pants, Grandma's pants.....

Hope everything is quieter at your daughter's house.

Have a nice, quiet weekend. We all need it.

Good Morning all. Beautiful butterfly picture.

The other day we went to a friend's house who is raising Monarch butterflies and releases them in his neighborhood and in the park. When we got there he was releasing a new butterfly. It was very interesting to see all 4 stages of the butterfly (egg, larva, pupa and the butterfly)in the same place.

Lucy ,I hope your daughter will have a laugh at the situation pretty soon. I agree with Diane this should be on Funniest Home Videos! Still smiling at the thought of them!!! How old are they?

Beautiful butterfly Lucy. I saw a whole flock of them at the shop today. Never seen a cloud of butterflies before. They must be migrating. Too funny about the boys. Hope they didn't get hurt or do too much damage to the chandelier, lol. There were a ton of deer out today. Got a couple of good pics. Right down the road from your house, lol.

Kristy I thought I recognized those deer roflmao. Seeing a whole flock of butterflies is awesome, isn't it :-) Oh the boys are fine. Just their pride hurt. Chandelier still hanging on a thread. So all in all, the Tarzan's just have to pay for the repair of securing the light fixture back into the hole lol

Pat and everyone, that was my thought. But do you really think there would be a camera running when the get into something like THAT? No no Mom was upstairs doing laundry rofl.
Having the passiflora growing just for THAT reason Pat. I LOVE watching those stages!

Shirley now THAT IS FUNNY. lol. I mean I can see Alexander, the youngest grandson, wearing the leggins from Maddy, that we forgot when we visited them last summer. But GRANDMA's PANTS??? rofl

Diane how was the Boulder Handweavers Show? Oh my a grandson....you MUST share!!!!We could introduce him to Dave's Katie lol they can grow up together in the virtual world rofl

Margaret that makes two of us. I never know what I am up to either roflmao. I do not have a clue what I do each day lol

April ...roflmao I ALMOST told DD to come and take a look when I saw your animation ha ha ha ha
