Drooping Brug Stems

I started growing my Brug's from seeds about 10 months ago and they are doing well now- about 1 to 1&1/2 feet high. They have lots of foliage but the stems seem to be drooping. I'm not sure if this is normal for Brug's (I hear they can have vine-like tendencies) or if I need to support the stems with something. They are currently in pots 12 inches wide, watered once weekly (no wilting leaves), fertilized once weekly (10-10-10) and kept inside facing westward (the only windows I have are westward facing). What should I do to help them? Any suggestions? When will they start to flower?
