I think everyone should have no problems flowering Brugmansia 'Eternity'. It really lives up to its name. I am from tropical Singapore and Eternity is probably the very few that can bloom here where the lowest temperature will not drop below 23 deg C. I am surprised as I live in high rise apartments where conditions are generally not conducive to grow brugs. Enjoy.
