I tried Anti stress 2000 a few years ago and was less then impressed. It was ok for some of my hardy outside stuff but I don't think it gave any added protection to the more tender plants. I wouldn't use it on any of the soft foliage plants like brugs. I still have most of gallon left somewhere. If I can find it I'll send you some to try. For protection I really like using Pro-Tekt when watering throughout the year. It doesn't add a layer of anything but does strengthen the plant's cell walls from within.

I used it years ago on some outdoor plants to help with wind burn and drying out in general.It seemed to work ok on them as it left a waxy coating on the leaves/needles. But,with brugs inside a basement or greenhouse they are already under a lot of stress,and clogging up their stomata does not seem like a good idea. The mites and aphids are a real pain,but the plants have to breathe without any added obstructions.I would vote no. Outside,ok,inside,don't think so.

I know from experience with my coconut palm that spraying the very center of the crown with canola oil will help alleviate cold stress.
