Oh man...I am sorry!! I would try too. Mine were real light beige and by now I have like 10 that sprouted.

Karyn, I am sorry too. I am sure some will sprout. I had a seed pod which was immature. It had probably 20 seeds in it. They were all white and tiny and the cork was wight too. I planted them any way. I did not dry them up, I did not know you have to do this. Quite a few sprouted and now they have a few true leaves. They grow slow but they do. I want to see what comes out of them.

I'll open it the rest of the way in a few days. I always plant immature seeds while they are still moist. From what I can see there's a number of large seeds that are a tiny bit darker then the small end seeds so maybe a few will sprout.

Sorry about that Karyn. I know you were looking forward to the seeds ripening, but hopefully what you found will still germinate.

I lost a pod that wasn't mature and I did toss the seeds in the plant pot just to see if they would sprout.. Nothing yet..LOL

The pod pretty much disintegrated so I planted the larger seeds. They were all still white. If anything sprouts great, if not no big deal.

we always have next year to look forward to. Hopes....we will not give that up for a GREAT overall Brug Season. Right? :-)
