Lower temps for rooted cuttings?

Happy New Year everybody.

I would like to lower the temps, on my rooted cuttings, to slow down the foliage growth until I start up my greenhouse in late February. I plan on keeping lights on them but lowering the temperature to maybe 50F. Do you think I would kill them? If so, what temp might be good? I am thinking that maybe the roots would still grow and make some really strong plants for next summer. Maybe put a heat strip under them? I would like to experiment since I already have most of these varieties dormant in larger pots for next year anyway.

I'll temper what I do by what I see in the responses here.
