It certainly looks like it will hold. When I get blooms that are bigger then the plant I just elevate the pot on something so the bloom doesn't drag on the ground. You'll have to post when it opens. It will be nice to see some color during this cold nasty weather.

It always makes me laugh to have a bloom bigger than the plant..Congrats! yes post a pic of it once it opens..

What does your soil consist of?

I just dug up some of my garden soil (which consists of composted horse manure and wood shavings, and sandy soil) and I added perlite and peatmoss. I've read that Inca Sun is a continously blooming brug- so this is probably normal for it! I've also recently been watering my brugs with the water I drain off from my dirty fish tank, so they're getting some nitrogen too.

WOW! That is incredible. I never knew that a cutting could bloom like that but I have to say, your cuttings you sent out first are HUGE now!! They are like giants. I don't know what I am going to do. I am going to spend some good money on soil though. I have a spot ready for them in the basement. Once I get my new HPS light, I will be all set. Your new cuttings are growing too! I am just thrilled they all made it, including Willies!
Now I just need to get the heat packs to Karen for the cuttings she has for me.
Can't wait to see your bloom!
