It's not looking so good, does this plant need help?

I've got a "cutting" That's been a cutting for a super long time lol. Late this spring I had to leave it behind in a move, and it started dying down, turning brown and wrinkly down to the soil. I retrieved it and it instantly came back to life and actually started to look REALLY good. But having to bring it inside for the winter, it went back to my old residence. And again started dying down. So I've brought it back here again, and seeing as how it's not all warm and sunshine-y outside, I worry it's too stressed to last the winter indoors. This is my first time taking care of these guys in the winter, maybe this is normal. But I'm getting some serious "SAVE ME" vibes from this little feller. And the other one I got around the same time, although rather baren, is still green. Anything you guys think I should do?

Thanks

-Amanda
