Babies!

No, not butterfly babies. So far all I've seen around here are cabbage Whites and one azure, probably an eastern tailed blue.

No, I have plant babies. Specifically, a jug full of mountain mint, Pycnanthemum muticum. Not a seed you can sow thinly! I looked in one day and there were about 15 identical, teeny tiny sprouts.

They are a total pollinator magnet. I collected the seeds from a local plant. In season, it was absolutely buzzing with activity, both butterflies and bees. I hope it does well for me, but not too well. It is a mint, after all, and I don't want it taking over the place!
